Candy buffets are cute but are so over done at weddings.  I want to inspire you to consider a petite dessert station.  Many catering halls offer Viennese hour but they never present the desserts with style.  While surfing the internet for great photos of lollicakes a few weeks ago,  I came across a caterer’s blog post about his petite dessert station.  What a chic way to display a variety of mini dessert bites! YUM…

This petite dessert station has a variety of decadent treats like lollicakes, cheesecake bites, cupcakes, dessert shots, sugar cookies, mini cream puffs, and french macaroons.
