Paradise: Relax and Rejuvenate at Spa Castle
Last Friday I was gifted a spa retreat (thank God for great friends!) at Spa Castle. If you ever want to know what spa heaven looks like, hop in your car and head over College Point Queens and discover this 60,000 square foot Korean jimjilbang. You have to see it to believe it!

You pay $35 ($45 on weekends) at the front desk to gain access to this four floor complex. It includes pools, single gender sections, where you wander from steam room to sauna to Jacuzzis and the vaunted “Sauna Valley,” which boasts individual hot rooms that incorporate mineral salt, gold, jade and LED lights. Extras include spa treatments, use of the fitness room, food and drink – all of which are charged to your account by using your waterproof electronic wristband.

They even have a quiet room where you can just vegetate or sleep. It really is a great facility to get some R & R. Let’s face it planning a wedding can be quiet stressful at times. You deserve to treat yourself to a little piece of heaven.
