Venue Spotlight: Alvin & Friends Restaurant in New Rochelle, New York

On Sunday, I attended Shiloh Baptist Church with former clients, now friends, Nadia & Cary, to witness the dedication of their son, Cary IV.  After church service, the celebration continued with their family and close friends at Alvin & Friends Restaurant located at 49 Lawton Avenue.

The cuisine is Southern and Caribbean (and so delicious too!).  Most importantly, the service is impeccable.  This is a lovely restaurant to consider for an intimate rehearsal dinner for 20-35 people.  Alvin Clayton, the owner, treats you like family (he even put fussy baby Cary to sleep) as well as his staff.

I was so impressed when he thanked Nadia & Cary for their business and welcomed all of the guests to his restaurant.  As a business owner, who is very into customer service, this act of appreciation and kindness won me over…I will definitely dine at Alvin & Friends again!
